Feedback from children and parents:
"I absolutely loved the Brave Hearts session! It was totally different to what I expected. I found it relaxing and fun. The games were very enjoyable especially 'Would you rather?'" - Boy (11)
"I really enjoyed Brave Hearts and Strong Minds. All the games were fun. I can't wait for the next one!" - Boy (7)
"My children loved the different games and activities. They were fun and engaging. They also help them think 'outside the box'."
"I have seen a difference in my children's emotional wellbeing. They will autonomously express their emotions - anger, sadness or even happiness and allow these feelings to beam in different ways, perhaps through bodily expressions or even gestures but it seems disciplined and somewhat mature in the way the boys deal with it."
